"Faith over fear" is when you chooses to trust in God's promises rather than focusing on anxiety. It represents a conscious daily decision to walk constantly in courage and rely on spiritual strength from the Holy Spirit to overcome uncertainties.
In as much as studying the Bible is different from reading it, Many believers still find it difficult to read it and it has become a struggle.
If not you will find yourself drowning in discouragement, anxiety and distress. So you must always look for a chance to detach yourself from circumstances that will push your faith away.
